An unpaid call to a paid endpoint returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (x402 v2, USDC, Base mainnet) and a WWW-Authenticate: Payment challenge (MPP, Tempo). With an x402 client:

Sources, licences, limits

Rents: CSO / RTB Rent Index (RIQ02), licensed CC BY 4.0. Latest data date is on /health. Some series are stale and flagged.
Prices: Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA), Residential Property Price Register, re-used with attribution. Aggregates only; buckets with fewer than 5 sales are suppressed; no addresses or Eircodes are stored; sales not at full market price are excluded; new-dwelling prices are often VAT-exclusive.
Rent-control summary reflects the rules from 1 March 2026 as understood by the operator; check the RTB for your case. Asking rents are not rents in force.
Data is provided as is, without warranty. Payments are on-chain and final.
